Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software, is the property of Encompass Parking, LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

PACT, Parking PI, and ProTrack are trademarks of Encompass Parking, LLC used in commerce. Federal trademark applications are pending.

You may not use, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content from the Site without our prior written consent, except as permitted by applicable law.

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT, MATERIALS, INFORMATION, AND SERVICES PROVIDED ON THE SITE ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ENCOMPASS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Encompass does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Information presented on the Site, including pricing, service descriptions, and engagement terms, is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer or contract.

Limitation of Liability
